STN offers several techniques and databases to help find antibody information. In this e-seminar, learn how to retrieve sequences of a specific region, such as the complimentary determining regions (CDRs), and to locate antibodies used as therapeutic or diagnostic agents. In particular, this session will focus on the key value-added features of REGISTRY, CAplus and GENESEQ
(DGENE) on STN. The importance of searching USGENE and PCTGEN will also be explored.
