From the Hill: Not a heck of a lot. Get used to it. Elections are coming.

From the USPTO:

Congratulations to our friend and fellow PIUG member Jon Cavicchi up in New Hampshire! His library is now officially a Patent and Trademark Resource Center (PTRC). As an aside, I think Jon is the only professor in the United States teaching patent database usage (searching and analysis) to future patent attorneys as part of a law school curriculum. I sincerely wish there were more of him at schools around the country.

A bonanza soon for Universities, I mean micro entities, who will soon pay 25% of what most everyone else pays at the USPTO.
