ACS Joint Board-Council Committee on Chemical Abstracts Service (CCAS)

Invites Feedback from Board Users

PUIG Board users are invited to contact members of the ACS Committee on Chemical Abstracts Service (CCAS) if they have questions or concerns regarding CAS services to the patent community or STN services in general.  CCAS is a Joint Board-Council governance committee serving as a channel for information flow between individual Chemical Abstracts Service users, Society members, and the Governing Board for Publishing to help ensure that each party's needs and experiences are understood and considered. 

CCAS members will present questions or concerns to CAS management, in anonymized form if desired, and obtain feedback.  Users also have the option to contact CAS directly (http://www.cas.org/support/custcare.html; http://www.cas.org/forms/feedback.html).
