What's New with Orbit.com: A Focus on Patent Analysis and Landscaping
Questel has just released its new IP Business Intelligence module for its Orbit.Com IP portal. This new patent mapping and analysis module was fully engineered by Questel and recently received the 2012 Professional Information trophy at the I-EXPO Electronic Information Fair in Paris. The workshop will focus on the new features developed for this module which include: the ability to analyze very large sets of documents in a few seconds; a large array of chart types that are fully customizable; the ability to drill down, analyze, and export multiple selections from any charts; new cluster maps that position concepts by similarity; new grouping functions for assignees, inventors, and concepts; new legal status charts and graphs; and much more. The workshop will also cover the new enhancements developed by Questel to our patent legal status information, and show you how to search for ‘alive’ and ‘dead’ patents, patent expected expiration dates, and patents being litigated.
