Anne: In Canada we have no such requirement, but it is common for the Examiner to request a list of all prior art cited during prosecution of equivalent foreign filings. This is in our section 29 of the Rules. mark

Should the PIUG discussion list only be for members and peer organizations that PIUG has a "reciprocal" arrangement with?
