Questel - IP.com Announce Joint Product, IQ Plus

Questel and IP.com have signed an agreement to work together to sell a joint product, IQ Plus, throughout the United States and the European Union, that integrates IP.com's InnovationQ and Questel's worldwide PlusPat patent data.

IP.com has developed an integrated, comprehensive solution for securely storing, legally safeguarding, and managing electronically held innovation records, as well as InnovationQ, unique software that facilitates the storage and retrieval of private innovation and related documentation.

Questel has a non-exclusive right to sell the IP.com component of IQ Plus in the US and Europe.  IP.com has a non-exclusive right to sell the Questel component in the US.  In both cases the sale of each other's component is understood to mean as part of a sale of the joint product IQ Plus.
