Hi All,

I am wondering what would be a likely scenario for a patent from 1974 citing a patent from 2009.

For example, this patent: http://bit.ly/2iUkij (1974) cites a patent from 2009: http://bit.ly/1Mrbc.

Any ideas or comments on this?
