Searching Granted Patents in Indian Patent Office Website

Hi Members,

Indian patent office website has enhanced its online patent searching capabilities to granted patents also. Earlier, only 18 Month publications were searchable in Indian patent office website. For granted ones one had to dig through the patent office journals which are available online as a pdf files. Now Indian Patent Information Retrieval System is equipped for searching both granted and 18 month publications using keywords.

For the granted patents one can search in the following fields-
Patent Number, date of filing, applicant name, date of priority, title of invention, application number, abstract, priority country, inventor name, IPC, patentee name and date of grant.
