Hi All:
The USPTO announced the start of the Quick Path Information Disclosure Statement (QPIDS) pilot program, that reduces the number of RCEs filed for consideration of an IDS after the issue fee is paid i.e., Post-NOA IDS submission will not re-open prosecution unless necessary in this pilot program.
