  1. Shouldn't the Members column of this page be consistently populated?

  2. Elliott:

You raise a good point. I would say maintaining this page for accuracy and currency is even is more important than consistency. Because this is a wiki page, I suggest that it is up to Chairs and others to take responsibility for the keeping individual committee's information up to date.

  3. Ken,

I see that you are updating the committees/teams page.

For Education/Training Committee, John Zabilski is now leading that committee. Edlyn is no longer the chair.

For Nominations Committee, I believe Heidi Stone and Lucy Akers are the members.

    Cynthia

    1. Ken,

Cynthia is correct - John Zabilski is now the committee chair. My name should be moved to the Members column.

In the past there were other members of the committee, but I don't know who else now considers him/herself to be members.  John had a conference call a few months ago (I missed it because I was out of the country), and he should be able to provide the names of people who attended.

  4. Edlyn,

Thanks for reminding me about putting the Education/Training Committee members. I forgot! I am also a member.

    Ken,

Please add me as member of the Education/Training Committee.  I spoke with John Zabilski last year around the time when he setup those conference calls, which I also missed, but we connected at another day/time afterwards.

    Thanks!

    Cynthia

Is the on demand andwebinar series part of the Education Committee that you asked if you could add my name to the Wiki page or will this be a separate committee. I don't see that you have added my name or subsection anywhere on the page.

Normally it is a subsection of the main Education section for coherency. I have always worked well with this platform.

Do you have a specific time to start with a list of ideas. I have developed a list of topics desired by members of the LinkedIn group I manage. Membes are international and domestic and have backgrounds from novice searchers to technically and legally skilled analysts. There are business consultants from IP strategy firms and agents and specialists in law firms.

I will contact you during the week of April 20 of to try to find out what the schedule you have in mind. If this time doesn't work for you please send me some alternative suggestions.

    Regards

    Andrea

    1. Andrea,

I appreciate your interest in the Education Committee and have had your name added to the committee list and the forum page. I will be posting some ideas on going forward with on-demand training sessions in the near future and will have a meeting at the national meeting in May.  Please let me know your current email so I can add to the committee page.

I suggest that you Watch the education committee page which is located at:
