USPTO pilot program to outsource IPC reassignments to KIPO

The Korean Intellectual Property Organization (KIPO) announced on Feb 26 that, in a pilot program, it will supply the USPTO with the IPC reclassifications of almost 15,000 applications between February and July of this year.
